Vegan Pitta Wrap with Violife slices with herbs

Directions

In a large salad bowl add the chopped cabbage, carrots, peppers and parsley. Sprinkle with a bit of olive oil and the lemon juice, add a bit of salt and mix by hand for a few minutes. Spread 6 tablespoons of salad mix on each tortilla. Add 3 slices of Violife with Herbs on top. Roll up the tortillas and enjoy with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
